Ray
Reynolds
Ray
Reynolds is a very
successful
corporate adviser who has developed a product line, of which you may
find very
interesting. He
has been educating
entrepreneurs
how to incorporate for many years. For
those who do not know what incorporation is, it is company that is
defined as
having a separate distinct legal and tax identity from its owners or
shareholders. In
other words, your
business is an entity in itself and the owner’s personal
effects
are protected
and totally separate from the business. You
can tell if a company is
incorporated if the name is followed by
“Inc.”
Ray's
Blueprint for
Success shows you
how to get your business recognized by teaching you how to use
corporate company
credit advantages. Ray
Reynolds says
that if pursued correctly his techniques can help you shield your
assets,
secure corporate credit, re-establish credit, and acquire discounted
goods. He
has a lot of great ideas that
you can
virtually exercise them to advance almost any business.
Supposedly,
his program also teaches you
to
build corporate with little to no effort, which is virtually impossible. Just
think about the so called companies that
claim that they can clean up a bad credit. To
me, that is on the same lines of
deception.
What you
should do first
is determine
your business needs, as you should with any plan business.
Sometimes
incorporation will not fit
your
needs. This
is not really for the home
based business arena, if you are considering protecting your assets. Please
do your research, you may find
that
incorporation is not for you, you will most likely only need an LLC
(limited
liability corporation) or set your company up as a sole proprietor.
Ray
Reynolds products and seminars will set
you back anywhere from $499 to $3,000. He also offers free online
support for
30 days after that it is $29.95 per month.
Some have
said that he
speaks too
much about his personal wealth and possessions opposed to teaching and
that
they have spent more to the upward of $12,000 for his services. Also,
some alleged that when they receive his
FREE
CD, that there was a bonus CD inside…only to find out that
if
you keep the so
called bonus CD that you would be charged $99. That
does not sound very fair. To
be quite honest if you want to get into incorporation you should
consult a CPA
or a lawyer that can direct you in the right path of your journey Good
Luck.
